Congratulations Whisky and Teefah. May I ask when is your interview scheduled for? My family's priority date is 29Mar04, so I am trying to get an idea of when we might get an interview. If you don't mind sharing, that will be great.

Thank you Teefah. If the Visa Bulletin moves again for August, that means my family could possibly be interview at the end of August.

Mine is on Jul 9. Just keep calm and hope F3's cut-off date can progress next month. Btw, It also depends on your complete date, before Feb will be good for you tho.

Thanks Whisky. Our case complete was on March 13, 2015. Why do you think that it's better to have it complete before February?

I've heard that many ppl had to wait IL for several months although the cut-off date pass their PD. This caused by their case are completed much later than others.
