hello everyone,

i am very confused.m happy if please anyone help me. my case is open now and ready for filling ds-261.but i am over 21. my age is 24+.and my brother age is 22+.the gap between filled and approved date is only 1 years.so as per CSPA, i can get only one year benefit.

anyone heard that like someone got visa over CSPA age. please share with me if anyone heard.

they will understand my situation and approve me and my bro visa? any chance for me n my bro ?

one of my friend told me that it's only depend on CO.they can approve your visa ? is it true ?

There is a law and if you are not following under CSPA you will not get visa.

When was your PD (priority date) when was file approve get all the date and find a CSPA calculator on google.

Enter all date and you will see if you are approve or not.

Alpesh please type full english as not all the people in forum are from Gujarat. If you type everything in full someone else can elaborate on your case as well.

Plus you are moving here in usa so better to start doing now then later.

PD means Priority date. this date is somewhere around when your petitioner file the I130.

COA means choice of agent

IL means interview letter

Please read following site carefully and many of your question will be answered.

Hi RafaoNY!

You should contect to NVC or ur petitioner about ur case. You mention fee payment date is not met recently qualified current priority dates. In 2012 visabulletin was going on F3 2002 priority dates.

F3 2004 is started this fiscal year 2015.

I can't understand man.

Well, let me explain...

My case is little bit different. My wife was F1 case until 2009, and then we got married and she add me on her case, so she became automatically F3.

She has paid her fee before me, and when i was included i had to pay my fee in 2012.
