My f3 pd is 6th feb 2006

I didn't receive anything an I've heard that we get welcome letter for there almost before 12 to 9 months so please guys can help me out here and can you guys tell when will i get my welcome letter

And also I've registered my yahoo email there

its hard to say , from the Jan 2016 bulletin they dispatch welcome letter for 1st April-1st Aug05 and that didnt move again until August 2016 bulletin when it move to 22 Aug 05 and has not move since, in other words for the NVC calender year Oct-Oct they only send out welcome letter for four months and 21 days worth of applicant so when a movement will occur just a guess.. hope for a 6 months movement next and you will be in the lot.. bless

But final action dates are completing 1 month per month so for feb 2006 nov or dec are possible chances

It is possible that they take a high jump on dates filling

Anything is possible with NVC in the past they have moved in different pattern, since they start showing cut off dates for filing the most they have move is 4 months on one move if memory serve me correct and that this after a stagnation so we have to just hope and pray.. Final action is not moving month by month, please back track the visa bulletin. ok
