Hmmmarv7,

The time when you file your I-130 form to uscis and waiting for uscis's approval. So you have to check this time because your child will be added duration in age. Ex: filed on 1/1/2005, uscis approved your file on 1/1/2007 and now your prioriy date's current, your child's 23 years old still go.

i have a question. how did u arrange 5he documents for each family member ? do we need to arrange the files . original and copies in a certain way?

second question. the photograph is already one year ago. for kids i think we need to have a recent one. but do we need to provide the old one in the file?

The packet 4 - Instruction Materials states the order in which to arrange the documents. This should be in the instructions sent to you by the Embassy/Consulate. When we arrived at the interview, we were asked for the documents in a specific order for each person. These more or less correlated to the order in the provided instructions. We were not asked for new photographs. If your children's appearance has changed significantly, then I would suggest getting new photographs.

To all my VJ participants,

Just taking time out to wish you all a Merry Xmas and a prosperous New year please do enjoy and stay safe.. Peace..

A very Merry Xmas and happy and prosperous new year to you too.

thanks EOT ..RDT

but the oly email i received was nvc interview letter. should I expect another email from the embassy?

Our interview letter contained the instructions for the documents and their order. From what I recall, these were similar, if not the same to what was in the embassy specific interview instructions. If your letter doesn't contain the order of documents, then I would follow the order as specified in the embassy specific interview instructions (see the copy attached for the embassy in Amman). Again, you may get asked for them in a slightly different order at the interview.

I would like to ask you that we know there is about 6 years difference between F1 and F3 category. Then why nobody choose get divorced way to get early green card.

So maybe I cant see the truth , why ?

Thank you.

Its possible and folks have done it, it will cut at-least 5 years from the process but wouldnt you want to stick to your partner even it means 6 more years to reach,, look on the other hand what if after the separation the reunion don't occur lolol that would be a double wammy,,,
