Its simple all i did was to develop a timeline of my own with information giving by individuals here and a pattern will be notice... eg folks that receive

WL in may2015 had PD in Sept04>> receive IL in july month

WLin june 2015 had Pd in Oct, Nov & Dec 04>> receive IL in Aug month

WL in july 2015 had for Jan, Feb 05>> receive Il in sept/ Oct /Nov month

WL in Aug, Sept 2015 had for March 05>>//// will receive IL in Dec/Jan month

no more welcome letter was sent out until Jan 2016 for all those PD in april-july 05

after this period they only sent welcome letter for 21 more days for those with PD Aug 05

NB: this info is not cast in stone its my opinion, In my view its a general idea how things are going I can be wrong but i am sticking to this platform and I can guarantee there will be no more visa after April 2017.

I really hope that i don't get stuck again for another 12 months- last year the Visa Bullein dates did not move after April- very frustrating it was!! My Prioriy date is April 15th 2005...i really hope it becomes current before the dates stop moving!!

Well zdzak,, the month of Feb we will see them start dealing with these month but i think by April month visa will be finish

Simple maths ,, no visa no IL, they cant give out interview letters for visa when they are none, congress only allot roughly 24000 per year starting each Oct.,, just like what happen last period, remember,, they were stuck on Dec01 for 5 months until the new allotted amount was due in Oct. the long waiting time is simple a case of supply and demand,,,, the demand is greater than the supply.... when your i-130 was filed it was only a 6 years wait now its almost 12 and it will keep growing..

But,only in the last year visas were stuck from may to Oct,but when we see above years in 2015,2014,in every month visa were issued,i think last year there will be some problems in issuing visas,am I right.

As the demand for visa increases you will see a null in issuing visa (IL) as they have so much per year and no more, it is known as supply and demand,,they cant issue more than what they are allotted each year. have you notice that they have stop issuing WL simple means they dont want to oversubscribe the process ,,,

Hi members don't be so tensed about the future movement of visa bulletin they move 7 months in a fiscal year and nvc always extend the wait time 2to 4 months more in every fiscal so no calculations work no predictions work after having a welcome letter you have to wait for more 16 to 18 months so be patience and prepare yourself for documentation best of luck to all

i am sorry to ask again as i think someone has alreday answered but i could not find the reply. I have noticed that some are able to arrange interviews a little in advance of the priority date becoming current..is this correct? If so, and as my priority date is 15th April 2005- how far in advance do you think we should be able to contact the US embassy in London

interview letter send before one month of the priority date if your date is maximum 4 weeks away of the going priority date then start calling nvc
