Did you have any petitioner's certyficates on interview please?

We were asked to provide proof of relationship between my MIL and FIL (petitioner) because my of MIL's I-864A. This request was sent to us by NVC at the time we originally submitted our documents. We provided a copy of their marriage certificate along with a certified translation. Also since my MIL's name was not on any of her children's birth certificates, we provided an affidavit from a family member stating that she was the mother of my wife and her siblings.

Priority date 9th December 2004. Interview email received 31/08/2016. Medicals completed 12/09/2016 and received 20/09/2016. Interview done at Montreal on 03/10/2016. Visas issued 17th November 2016. Passports received 21/11/2016.

My birthcertticate my mother name is different for ex. Mina and passport Meena

Will it make difference

If It is different from what is on the paperwork, I would suggest you write a letter with an explanation for the difference. How would you be able to prove that they are same the person? You may or may not wish to have someone that knows your mother and has known your mother prior to your birth prepare an affidavit confirming that the person listed on the passport and your passport is one and the same. If there is a difference in the names, why did your parents not correct it?

I had the problem with my dad's name so I had to DNA test, although the interviewer(Montreal) was very nice and told me if I had anything which matches with dad's name, but I had nothing so please Go prepared.
