wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid

Forget November 2016 VB. Now available is December 2016 VB.

hey guys, i have submitted all the civil documents to the NVC around 2 months ago, but haven't heard anything from them yet. What should i do ?

PD: 31 May 2005

WL: January 5 2016

CC: 2 December 2016

Interview : 23 may 2017

visa issued: 14 July 2017

Thank you. Just picked up the passports this morning so for us the process is complete. It's not long to go now until your interview. I bet you are both excited and nervous at the same time. Good luck with that and hope it all goes smoothly for you.

Priority date 9th December 2004. Interview email received 31/08/2016. Medicals completed 12/09/2016 and received 20/09/2016. Interview done at Montreal on 03/10/2016. Visas issued 17th November 2016. Passports received 21/11/2016.

Please I want to know if I need another UK police certificate. I left UK and never returned there till now since Jan 2013. The UK police certificate I have was created Nov 12, 2015. I want to know if I dont need another one since I've not returned there ever since 2013.

If you are no longer living in the UK, then I would not worry about that police certificate being current. The one from the country you are living in should be current at the time of interview. When we had our interview, our UK certs were expired, however, we obtained current Canadian ones since those had also expired and our current country of residence is Canada.
