wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid

Hi evry1...my priority date is jan. 05 2005...awaiting interview letter....Only NVC and GOD knows qhen intwrview lwtywr will bw issued.... Called NVC but thwy replied that we are reviewing your case... But no update or information was provided whether they will issue IL scheduled in november 2016 or not...

If any one on this board has received interview call in November.2016 kindly update...

My brother in law priority date is April 6, 2006 and his DS261 is not opened as yet. Any idea when it may open for us to select choice of agent and send in the AOS documents.

Seems you are.chwcking wrong board.. as it appears that your brother in law is in f4 category...

Hii everyone..my priority date is march 2005 ...nd we have submitted all our documents in January 2016 ...nd they have replied that in 60 days u will get interview letter....but still we r waiting for interview letter ....can any one tell us how much tym they will take more to reply us ...

I hope this will help all those applicants who are waiting for WL .

My PD is 01 August 2005 and eligible for early action since August 2016 VB.

Till this date didn't received WL. Called NVC in late August got message that soon will get WL.

Called again today got message that soon will get WL.

Although 2nd chart moved three weeks in August VB but actually it is not.So early action date is still 01 August 2005.

It means that from February 2016 till October 2016 VB there is no movement in early action date.

How far is this soon no body knows. All people on this forum can expect the VB movement for 2017.

The file process didnt move a single day for 5 months ... it moved 3 weeks only for October interviews. The current PD is 22nd December 2004, So for your process it will take atleast 6 months.

Kindly check the updates on PD in process declared each month in VB.

Yes I called and they are not giving any clear reply ... but assured that I will received IL "VERY SOON". Now only God and NVC knows when this " Very Soon" will arrive???

However I am anxious and curious and am anticipating email & IL in this week...

Dear Hmmmarv7,

The current PD for october 2016 interviews is 22nd December 2004. May be within 3 months your PD shall be current. Have patience...

Kindly review the Visa Bulletin between 8th to 10th every month.

I864A or i864

I am really confuse in which one my son have to submit.

We live in same house but he is not my dependent on tax return.

I file my taxes married jointly, my son files married jointly as well but we live in same house.

my income not enough and my wife' neither

So plan is

I will file I 864

My son will file I 864 as consponser

However, many places it says if same household MUST file I 864A....is that correct?...anyone had rejection on this?
