Hello Friend,

The Primary Applicant with local residence address has to send a wriiten request letter to NVC, to review your (beneficiary) son/daughter's case cunder CSPA.

You may send this letter now so that when your PD becomes current, the NVC could exercise CSPA review (the beneficiaries CSPA calculation age should be (=<) 21 years).

You need to have follow-up with NVC after 10-12 working days to confirm whether they have received your request or not.

You may even send the CSPA review request through online public inquiry.

Process , send all require Documents. Nvc send me letter that they recd all requested documents. And your file is completed. And now you are in Interview date process. Your India consulate notify you before 6 - 8 weeks Innterview date. But up to Today I did not Recd any information about visa . Is anyone has information about f3 visa. Up to what date is current in October 2016 ?

October dates would be released in couple of days... Upto.september the applicants with P of 1st december 2004 have been cleared...the same date is stuck since past 4 months....

My PD is 5th January 2005 ....waiting for interview letter since past 5 months...

I'm sorry everyone. I gave you the information (24/12/2004 got Interview date) from a member on facebook immigration group. She must also misunderstand something.

Anyway, the visa bulletin moved 3 weeks. Cheers!!!

Dont have to sorry mate.Hope next month will be a big jump.Keep saying information from Vietnam forum.

I will phone NVC next week to check status about Interview.

My case is completed I got that mail in June but when I check ceac website . It still shows civil document and aos document not submitted .. My date is 22 jan 05

Any1 on this board...if receive the interview letter for november 2016 kindly update their priority date and date of interview in November.

My PD is 5th January 2005 so hopefully I shall get the call letter upto september end for interview scheduled in november ...
