Hello everyone. I was planning on taking a trip with my husband to either Mexico or Dominican Republic before he starts his new job 2nd week of September. Anyways we renewed my husband's PI passport last July and was told that since they process the passport in Manila now we won't get his passport back until 3rd of week of September. The PI consulate here in NY did not take his old passport. My husband's passport expires this December 2014 and I was wondering since my husband still has old passport can he still use that? Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.
