Reconstructed CR1 after embassy lost all docs from NVC

Hi Vjers

So embassy lost petition since May 5th and today they asked my husband to scan and send them all documents he has so they can reconsturct it. Will they start it over since beginning again (we filed it Korea). Does anybody have this experience? Also how long it gonna takes? Will they goin to deny again this time? Please i need your insight. (Note : I had interview on MArch 12th, it was aproved but missing my husband divorce decree, He submitted 2014 (revised one) and cos it, CO returned it to NVC, The next month myhusband get his 2010 divorce decree but our petition already sent back. Also we are expedite PCS Order).
