Change of Address Question

Background:

My fiance (beneficiary) in India has changed addresses. On the I129F, we listed her "permanent" address - parent's address. While on the G325A, since it asks for current (as of the filing date) address, her address at the time of the application submission was written. Since then, she has moved back with her parents. The consulate has not received the application yet.

Question:

Does the beneficiary receive any mail from the consulate or NVC directly?

And if so, which address do they use - on the I129F or the G325A?

Also, if needed, whom to contact to have the address changed?
