we never received packet 4 from the new delhi consulate; however, i received an email with the steps to proceed.

does anyone know if we schedule the interview ourselves or if the consulate does? Please let me know.. thanks

this is for the i-129f by the way.

Mumbai Consulate does not send out Packet 3 and 4 anymore. They will just send you an email asking you to get all your documentation in place and then schedule an interview.

You need to get a PCC, Medical examination, create a profile on ustraveldocs, fill the online DS160, pay the fees and then login to your ustraveldocs account and schedule an appointment yourself. You will be scheduling two appointments, one for biometrics at the OFC and the other for your Consular Interview.

I129F sent (CSC) : 02-Jun-14

NOA1 date : 04-Jun-14

NOA2 date : 17-Jun-14 (13 days from NOA1)

NVC Case# Assigned : 02-Jul-14

Consulate Email received : 15-Jul-14

Interview Date scheduled : 14-Aug-14

Interview Status : APPROVED! (71 days from NOA1)

POE date : 12-Sep-14 WE'RE TOGETHER!!
