I was going through the other forums and noticed that they have a pregnancy topic. I think it would be nice to start one in MENA. Please if you are pregnant, add your ticker. Add your advice, add your complaints, tell about your doctors appoinments, tell about names you are thinking about, etc. Whatever you would like to talk about or offer. This would be nice throughout the entire pregnancy. It would also be nice if we can have a virtual baby shower for those near their due dates. (F):)

I have an appoinment to see my doctor in the morning. I am very excited. Other than that pregnancy has been a drag for me. I have been very very very sick. I have a horrible taste in my mouth that will not go away. At least tomorrow I will hear a reminder of why I am going through all of this. I will hear the little one's heart beat.

Congrats Hannaouy! I am due March 16th so it's getting pretty close. How far along are you? I was very sick from about week 8-12. I lost about 10 pounds - which was nice in that it gave me some more room to gain later on but the morning sickness was the WORST! I found out I am having a little girl and we are naming her Elise Rayne. I actually picked out the name - totally forgetting about the famous Lebanese singer Elissa - so now my fiance's whole family thinks our daughter's name is ELISSA and I keep having to correct them.

My fiance's visa is still undergoing AP so we are just praying he will make it here before the baby is born - fingers crossed.

Congrats!!!! That is a very beautiful name. Yes, I feel pretty good today, but the sickness has been horrible. Good luck on your fiance making a quick entry into the US. I will pray for you, your fiance, and a healthy baby.

Just curious....what names do you have picked out?

No names yet.

There already is general baby thread going around... to each area but if you want to start one go ahead. I am not sure how long it will be up thou. Good luck

Yes, I saw the general one. Maybe this one in MENA will work. Maybe not. Nothing to lose. (F)

Just went to the doctor yesterday. Due date is September 14. So far no sickness, but I feel really bloated all the time. That's about it!

My friend is pregnant. Her baby is due in March. She never felt sick, ever. I hope this continues for you. 61586y09vq4iyk6.jpg

Oh yes and prgnanyc is really very weired in my first months i used to feel sick with any perfumes ..even that thing we put in the dryer to make our cloth smells good used to make me very nauseating and the toothpaste too I hated it it made me nauseated...what is funny i felt bad ever time I see something sweet ..

and I used to eat snack wrap from MAC all the time ..now I don't know how i was eating it!!!!

My due date is May8th ...Can't wait ..last week I was very depressed I don't know if it was pregnancy or the crapy weather of MI .or just being at home alone and missing my family or what ..

I was feeling bad and lost interest in everything...then I cried all night and I really didn't know why I just felt very down..

then my husband took me to "Babies r us" to regiester and you have no idea how happy I was that day ..just seeing thier cloth and the baby stuff eleveated my mood very high .. I was so happy and excited and still ..I remmber i walked for almost 2hours in the store and surprisingly i never felt tired "I usually feel tired after walkingfor 15 minutes only"!!..

I really now can't wait till the moment I hold my daughter in my hands and hear her crying and see her smile and listen to the first "mumy words" fron her cute mouth :)

Congrats on the baby!!! But are you 4 weeks pregnant? Your ticker says 8 weeks. I was thinking it might be a typo since you can't get pregnant by immaculate conception. :)

Hmmmm let's see I am 30 weeks pregnant (7 1/2 months) and am really not enjoying it anymore. My back hurts all the time. Yesterday was really bad. My whole body was aching and I was so nauseated. I turned to my husband and said "How much longer ?!?". It seriously is getting harder and harder as the weeks pass by. I feel great during the day but in the evening it's like my body just cannot handle it. All I can do is lay on my side and whine.

Poor Ali.

Hope you are feeling better than I am ... LOL.

I am having a girl. Her name is Hana. She weighs approx. 3 pounds right now. Her due date is March 30th, 2007 (so maybe I will be the first baby shower ?).

Hana's nursery is almost done and is looking great  My baby shower is on the 16th and I am sooooooooo excited ! I cannot wait for the baby shower. I think it will seem so real when we have all the thing we need for her.

Total weight gain so far : 30 pounds :(

Reunited and it feels so good ....
