i wonder if anyone can tell me what this meam (will i get my visa or what)

this is what it come from me from the embassy

(We received the administrative check from Washington, and the file with the Consul, you can check with us in 10 days whether the visa has been issued or not)

That is good news I think. The visa has cleared from DOS and it should be back at the embassy. The embassy can decide to issue it or redo some checks or ask for another round of checks. Hopefully, your visa will get approved and issued within two weeks. DOS and the embassy have a meeting the first week of the month for AR/AP cases and determine to let it go or ask for more checks. Next week have you wife contact DOS or you email the embassy and ask the status of your visa. Very promising news. Hang in there it is near the end.
