They did not lost your documents. sometimes its the system error thats why they send you an email regarding that. i received an email last month saying i have to submitted the Supporting documents of my parents when in fact i already submitted it back in June, i called the NVC and the guy said to ignore the email. he apologized as well. but try to call NVC to confirm that and tell them you submitted it already.. who knows..

Thanks Giskat09 for the response. My lawyer told me that not to call them coz it may cause some more problems on the application. But I really wanted to call them just to confirm. Do you think I should call?

A call has nothing to do unless you called to change your address or information but if you will just inquire about your papers, nothing will happen. they will just tell you what information they have in the system.

as long as you already mailed the required docs, then dont worry.

Called today about the interview, since it was already schedule for October, 08th, email was received, yesterday with instruction,so i asked them today when the package was shipped and they said it was shipped on Sept, 8th, 2014 checked DHL website and indeed one package was sent from NVC to Casablanca on Sept 8th, and was delivered yesterday Sept,10th.


Let me explain one things to track it.


The interview was scheduled on August, 29, 2014, but no email received just confirmation by phone, i kept calling everyday, until Sept,5th the rep told me that the interview was processed today : Sept,5th, 2014 so the processed date is actually will be the day when NVC will create a shipping label in my case it was EXP 05 SEP 2014A, but the package was not shipped until Sept, 08. the packag was delivered on sept,10, 2014.

So I called NVC today about the checklist (AOS form) the lady told me that everything is ok and my case is now complete.. Thank you Lord. If I followed my lawyers advice to not to call them I would not know and I will be in so much stress right now. Thank you all the the helpful advice. I really appreciate it. Now waiting for the interview date, hopefully we get an October date :)

so help me out her guys. efter i pay the $230 IV bill and print the cover sheet, does my mother have to sing anything? or just send me the Police clearance, Photos, Passport Copy and birth certificate?, Am i missing something?
