We got completed last Tuesday is what the agent told us but we didn't get an email or anything telling us it was complete....I'm guessing it just goes to embassy now and we wait on that? I don't know. But I'm sure glad that is over. My wife also tells me that it is suppose to say "N/A" on the fee payment (I guess this is a sign its complete) but ares still says "paid"

First off, congrats! If you don't mind me askimg...what was your scan date? Was it for a checklist?

The email usually takes a few days...I would say wait until Wednesday? Yes, the case goes to the embassy to be assigned an interview date. The interview date depends on availability at the embassy. Keep in mind some are quicker than some. Someone might be able to give you a time period when to expect a date?

Sometimes the fee changes to N/A when the case is complete but not always. This is why some of us sit and call the NVC daily to see if our case is complete (I'm speaking about myself of course ?). Yeah, the last week has been especially rough. I feel I am heading towards my third checklist.

Congrats again.

Thank you for the congratulations. We hit the checklist the first time, had to wait almost 60 days (we were completed last Tuesday so it was more like 53 or 54 days for us. And they told us we werew complete on January 13.

My wife being from the Philippines I don't know how long the Pope is going to be there perhaps that will slow down the progress for a week I'm not sure but I'm anxious for the next email to keep this process moving along.

Good luck to you as well. I hope you don't hit a third checklist. These waits really suck.

Day 55 or is it 56 of my second checklist. No cc here, I called this morning. I know it isn't 60 days yet but I got my first checklist on day 54 and I see most people get a cc around day 50...I don't have a good feeling at all. I feel like I will run past 60 days and will require a supervisor review. I just need to get past this stage

Just needed to get that out??

NYJONES Relax u will b fine, I got my cc on day 57. You are next :). I'm still waiting on my daughter's cc, and that is less than 30 days away.

Thanks! Just curious.you will have two different interview dates? So two trips? Or is there an embassy in Guyana?

day 60 no CC yet

Have you called the NVC to ask what's going on?

NVC can't seem to recieve any of my e-mails! What am I doing wrong!?

How long after everyones scan dates were the e-mails received at NVC for you guys? This is getting ridiculous

I have never emailed the NVC so I have no idea how long they take to respond.

I was told by an operator that they do not always send out the 60 day e mail. I never got one for my last checklist but I called to confirm the scan date.
