I have a question.

My scan date is 11/10/14

Mine only accepts electronic so I've been calling every so often just to see if the e-mail was received and they kept telling me they have no way of checking until after 60 days. I called today (62 days later) and she's telling me that nothing has been received and that I have to send the e-mail again. I forwarded the original e-mail to show my original scan date but I'm scared they'll tell me to wait another 60 days. Is there anything I can do!?

Does anybody know how long it takes to get an interview for the Buenos Aires embassy once you get CC? Thanks!

Hi, Everyone! I got a checklist of AOS on January 6 from NVC. The two points we are asked to correct are presented as follows.

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent

Federal income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

Part 1 Information on the Household Member

[x] _____TSEGAYE TADESSE____________'s income indicated on line 11 of the I-864A does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return and W-2(s).

The AOS was filed by my parents, I-864 by my mother and I-864A by my father. The thing is that they have always been filing the tax return jointly so you cannot tell from the tax return their individual income but rather their total (sum) income is stated. However their W2 form shows their individual income and it was that that they have filled in the form though we got a checklist for that. Therefore, what I want to ask is which number should be supplied in the AOS, the total sum of their annual income as stated in the tax return or their individual income or ?????? Please help me on this as this is so confusing!!!!!!! Please let me know if you want to help me but want more information. Thank you so much!

Checking in here....day 49! I survived day 48! Last time I swear I went crazy during day 48. I called nvc yesterday and got "the 60 day script" I guess I will know something by next weekend. AOS Checklist scan date 26th November.

It was so frustrating to wait 51 days last time to find out that I got a checklist for missing taxes!! Yes, it was my fault. I'm the beneficiary but the petitioner asked me to mail the i864. I only mailed the i864 with no tax transcript. I had no idea it was needed at that point.?

I have cried enough over it now. Good luck to everyone waiting.

So Nvc told me my case got completed yesterday, as I told u guys last night. Now I'm waiting on my daughter's case to be completed before I can get an interview date, her checklist scanned date is December 12th 2014. So I'm waiting again smh
