on 12/10/2014, i had received an AOS checklist via email..........but still now i havent reply because it is not clear for me.......anyone who can help me ? and thank you so much in advance for your great cooporation

You need to submit something that shows your employment status. Like pay stubs, employment letter...

Hi Jöni, thank you for the information you have given me. Do i have to submit those document? or my wife( the petitioner) has to submit it ? she is the one who filed and submitted the i -864 and financial evidence document. Thank you again!

I think the petitioner has to submit the financial evidences (the person who has filled the AOS). Hope this helps. Try to send it soon because the 60 days review wait time is ahead. God bless u in this walk & prayers for everyone who are waiting for their loved ones.

Is your wife the only sponsor? Then just your wife. Otherwise also all the joint sponsor need to submit it. Dont forget to print the bar code cover sheed again and send it with the paystubs. So the NVC can put it in the right folder

how do you people wait for 80 days and not do anything about it? Don't you know that at the 60 day mark you have every right to complain and they MUST review your checklist!? Im not trying to be mean....I'm just trying to help....nobody should wait longer than 60 days! I waited for my iv fee 62 days called raised hell asked to speak to a supervisor the fee was unlocked at 4 am the following morning ....complain damn it! Don't take it!

she(my wife) is not the only sponsor + i have a joint sponsor. But my wife(the petitioner) had already sent(via mail) the document( pay stubs and employment letter of her) with the printed bar code cover to NVC. Today ,just to make sure about those checklist , my wife was calling to NVC and finally the NVC secretary( phone operator...or .what ever she is) said that only the partitioner pay stubs or employment letter is needed and we have to wait the damnnnn 60 business days to get the result of the review. Now i am counting down days...59...58....57... .+..i am praying and hopping..... the NVC wont send me more checklists . Thank you again Jöni.
