I received checklist on the 29th Oct and I do response to them back on the 5th Nov and I got email from the NVC that they received my mail on the 6th Nov so do I still need to wait for another 60days?

Unfortunately, the wait is UP to 60 days...so you could possibly wait up to the 6th January to hear from the NVC. That will be tough....the wait may be on the longer due to all the upcoming holidays.

Yes! I'm on the same boat :( I got a checklist for my Aos on 9/30 resend them the correct one and got a scan date of 10/3.... so far been waiting 35 days and still got nothing and Nvc is currently working on packages received between Sept 11 and 12.

Thanks for ur response....this 60 days is like 60 month may God give the NVC strength to work fast on all of this paper work at hand and more also I read that uscis have stop working now..that mean we should be waiting for response soon.but Qbanita sry if I may ask how do u know the date and month NVC is working on sry for asking this u know all info is valid here

the Nov forum here at Vj is awesome, and is the best wait to know what scan date nvc is currently approving.... as off yesterday people where getting cc on scan dates between 9/11 and 9/12...

Thanks! I'm on day 35 and the wait is driving me crazy! I think because I'm afraid I will get another checklist instead of c/c.

hi they told me that they received my checklist 03oct2014 is that also the scan date or no?

Correction, the mail from NVC says "AT LEAST 60 days" Luckily, most people are seeing movement between 55 and 60 days for most cases.

june 20 2014- recieved nvc

july 2 2014- case number and iin assigned

july 9 2014- recieved email from nvc

july 17 2014-paid aos and iv bill

july 18 2014- recieved aos and iv bill

july 22 2014- ds260 completed

july 25 2014- send package aos and iv

july 30 2014- recieved the package

sept 22 revieved email from nvc indicate that we have a checklist on part 3..

sept23-aos checklist sent

sept 24 aos and iv scan

nov 14 case complte

nov 21 recieved email confirmation of case complte

dec 2 & 3 medical done ?

dec 3 schedule interview

reschedule the interview jan 09

visa approved and issued ??????

visa in hand jan 20 2015

 

ROC

Biometrics- Dec 5 2016

case transfered at my local office -feb 26 2018
