55 days and still no news...

Sept 9th scandate here

I keep logging on to CEAC (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx to be exact). Then I enter my case number and invoice ID, select applicant.

Is it correct that the "Affidavit of Support Fee" next to the US Citizen name, should change from PAID to N/A ?

Or is it somewhere else I should check this ?

I am right behind you with a scan date 15 September...Hope you get yours real soon that means mine wont be to far behind you :) I hope everyone gets a quick CC and looks at the NVC in the rearview mirror...............

In the mail, it should say "NVC received on XXX DATE", that is your reference date. Most likely Oct 6 for you

Yeah, the date is stated in the e mail. Not as "scan date" but as the date the NVC received the documents.

We come to the waiting game! I'm on day 35...I think this may just be the week that send me mad!! Trying to distract mysel. I think the recent cases being closed after 30 days wait after scan date has made me impatient.

Goodluck!

Is this really true that the waiting time from last scan has come down to 30 to 35 days?

We can only hope! I think we should still go with 60 days just to be on the safe side. I'm pretty sure there are some(unlucky )persons who have waited 60 days without word...this thing could swing either way
