J_d,

Are those guys with 30days average of wait on checklist or no? I have sept18 scan date for iv (no aos because on eb visa&employers are exempted from aos fees).

Hope to get cc within the week.

Thanks.

55 days and still no news...

Sept 9th scandate here

I keep logging on to CEAC (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx to be exact). Then I enter my case number and invoice ID, select applicant.

Is it correct that the "Affidavit of Support Fee" next to the US Citizen name, should change from PAID to N/A ?

Or is it somewhere else I should check this ?

  • Want to transfer money from abroad to a US account? Or do you want to transfer money from your US account to your foreign loved one? Use TransferWise for rates MUCH lower than banks! Click HERE to TRANSFER MONEY internationally CHEAP!
  • You have some bad remarks on your credit report, and want to clean it up by the time your loved one comes to the US? Use a reputable Credit Repair company. It dont change in every case. So start calling them every second day. Also ask them your're now around 60 days and how much longer you need to wait.

According to the NVC Guide, see STEP 8, Case Complete, it should change (http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process).

But I wanted to check if indeed it's the right site I'm looking at.
