Hi everybody!

It's been 61 days today that i'm waiting for the NVC answer and my AOS status didn't change to N/A yet either.

I'm getting worried, this process is too long! It's killing me!

Did anyone have to wait for that long? I see a lot of 50something days...

Both AOS and IV have been sent at the same time but separately, they received them on the August 28th 2014.

And is anybody could send a screenshot to what we have to look to find if the AOS status changed to N/A from PAID?

Sorry i do not have a screenshot but basically, the aos fee that says "paid" changed to "n/a". And you will be having three n/a's in total.

My suggestion is for you to call and check with NVC if its already 60 days. As I understand, not all changes from PAID to N/A in their AOS.

Your case might be one of those who were case completed without the status changing. Just a suggestion.

Pls Twinkles when is ur scan date bcuz mine is 29th August and mine as not change don't know why?........

Scan date AOS and IV was Sept 3rd.

Confirmed today over phone to us from NVC. We are case complete as of yesterday.

All we can do is wait out each waiting period we are given. As at this hurdle....If the 60 days go over and still heard nothing, call NVC, or contact Senator.

I'm recommending Senators office staff,

Earlier in the process, we waited over the 30 days NVC had stated to us...My Husband contacted his Senators office and within days, our case was back on track. Senators office staff were extremely helpful, just have to give them case details and permission to act on your behalf.

if it goes over 60 days, start to poke them in anyway you can.

Visa Delivered <3 : 2010-11-3 K1 Visa packet delivered by courier! *cup of tea to celebrate*

US Entry (Dulles) : 2011-2-27 Hot Tomales time <3

Case complete!! Last scan date 9/17. No checklists!

Mr&mrs o,

Congratulations! Did you send aos&iv docs together? If not, when did you send the aos? Thanks!

I am on possible sept 18-20 as last scan date for both assuming that my employer sent both as one. Not sure of scan date but nvc received my docs last sept18 according to their email.

Yes if it is available, they will let you know. No i didn't get an email yet about the interview. But they normally send it shortly after it was scheduled. They just scheduled mine yesterday.

Got the checklist 2 days ago, this morning I checked online and see AOS change from paid to N/A and then I called they said both my parent cases complete of today Oct 30, I'm so happyyyyyyyy!! So there's no 60 days
