Congrats Ozzyma....

Finally talked wid nvc...my case got completed on 20/10...n my last scan date was 18/9....so 32 days!!

My AOS package was sent on 5th aug so all in all it took 75 days...but it was quick considering last scan date...

I had a bad luck during the USCIS processing and also during initial nvc processing...

It feels good when things starts working for u....something to cheer about...

Now waiting for the interview...

Good luck to all those who are waiting for cc...nvc is working quickly so u ll hear from them soon...

Added you.

This looks good for the ones who are still waiting for CC cos it looks like is now picking up a speed. Hang in there guys, soon you will be joining "Interview Waiting" club. :goofy:

Our AOS fee just changed to N/A. Our last scan date was 9/19. They really are speeding things up!

Wow.. the process seems to be speeding up. My scan date is 9/23 I hope and pray for cc soon and not another checklist! :-)

I really think they realized that to get a case completed fast is not to have it wait for another 60days from checklist. They are siezing the opportunity of lesser approved case from uscis bec it is october. And they would want to transfer as much cases as possible to consilates. So as not to give them more headaches when iscis starts to approve more cases again by dec or jan next year.

So we are seeing cc of less than 60days from checklist but at around 60days from either aos or iv.

My last scan was sept18 but i'm still not expecting cc by nov18 probably.

Hello everyone, please enlighten me. I am really feeling anxious right now. My lawyer sent my civil docs to NVC last October 6th. I have called NVC twice to inquire about my case. But sadly, the NVC has not received my docs until now  The reps told me that my DS-260 has been reviewed but there are no civil documents showing up in their system. Does it really take this long for NVC to acknowledge received documents? What should I do now? I badly need your help. Thank you.

Ask your kawyer if he really sent it. Ask for tracking number as well if possible.

I do not know how fast they really send confirmation email of received docs but in my case, my employer sent docs sept15 and on the 18 i got email already re docs received by nvc.
