my last scan date was 8/20 and they still have not reviewed my case.

how do they even manage the cases?

I feel like its standing in line at an airport that has many immigration counters open and you get in which ever line. some lines move faster than others.

Nvc call center are good in scripting answers. That is what you call good customer service. So they basically answer you that, "it is being reviewed" because you gave them your last scan date and they are sticking to the script of 60days.

The good news here is that there are solid evidences of cc counting 60days from the first scan date and not on checklist. But, it is worth nothing on the possibility that other nvc employees works faster than other employees.

Overall, every case completed is an opportunity for other cases to be reviewed. Let us just keep praying and hope that the next cc will our case.

after 1 hour and 15 minutes of hold time with the NVC, the call went silent then dropped.

I love seeing other peoples cases get completed with dates after mine

like the NVC got their case after mine and reviewed and CC'd it before mine.

super frustrating. I almost don't care anymore. i feel like just dropping it and forgetting about it completely.

I completely understand you feeling my last scan is August 27 for a checklist.. It's sad that they are taking so long for us.

You will be next soon! Njordan from nvc filers -oct 2014 got cc on 10/2 and only got interview letter last 10/17 according to his/her timeline.

Yes, waiting anxiously just like the rest of us who's not with our loved ones and it seemed to be taking longer than what it's supposed to.

Wow, that's a quick completion! Here's another one on the previous page. You guys must be hitting the reviewer jackpot. I'm guessing that those of us who had two pending packages that were consolidated under the new system may be a bit delayed because of the consolidation process.

Congrats Ozzyma....

Finally talked wid nvc...my case got completed on 20/10...n my last scan date was 18/9....so 32 days!!

My AOS package was sent on 5th aug so all in all it took 75 days...but it was quick considering last scan date...

I had a bad luck during the USCIS processing and also during initial nvc processing...

It feels good when things starts working for u....something to cheer about...

Now waiting for the interview...
