Hi.

Can anyone tell me the meaning of scan date?

Also, i upgrade my petition from F2A to Ir 1 and NVC scan my upgrade letter on August 11, 2014, and i called manytimes to NVC and they told me to wait for 60 days to upgrade my visa category from F2A to IR 1. so i have another 3 more days to complete 60 days. Also i want to know for further process will it take 60 days for each and every document.

Hello everyone, my mother's interview went well today, they gave her visa to be picked up this Friday, below are the question asked :

They started by asking her to take the oat, then asked her full name, who applied for visa, if I was married and since I am divorced they asked her reason for my divorce and her response was that it's he has his own reasons but never shared them with me. And that's it, they asked her to come Friday to pick up visa.

Hello,

I just wanted to add my two cents here. I submitted my civil documents on the 14th July,2014 then received by NVC on the 25th July (that's when I got the 60 days earlier email). On the 19th September I received an email with checklist for I 864. That was sent on the 22nd September received on the 1st October with 60 days email on the 3rd October.

I have called NVC multiple times and have been told that the civil documents and IV package were reviewed and are "ok" and the only thing left to complete the case if the I 864. I am hoping to hear from them on the 5th December, hopefully with case completed but probably not her checklist.

Hello,

I'm on the same boat as you.. :( my AOS and IV was received by nvc on 8/8 on Sept 30th they got review and I got a checklist for AOS ( I864 ) my attorney had left a question blank and put wrong income .. Grrrr :( either way it got fixed and send in the same day got the 60 day email from nvc yesterday with my scan date off Oct 3rd so I'm lokis at Dec 3rd for maybe a cc .. I also called yesterday morning was was told by a rep ( Alicia ) that everything else was review and accepted.

Goodluck Qbanaita! I'm hoping everything is fine with my AOS but I think there will be some issue with it...just a gut feeling but I am hoping for the best that the case will be transferred to the embassy by the end of the year.

I also will be submitting a second visa application (well my fiance will) so,eti,email this month. I know this won't make sense to most persons but my fiance is set on having me in the USA by June

Good luck to you too and keep thinking positive! I'm terrified off having more issues with my AOS I'm still not sure about the income part but my attorney insisted that it was good to go.. Let's pray for the best. :) I was hoping my hubby be here by xmas and our anniversary in Dec but cause off this mistake that is out the question now. :( best off luck to everyone! This is a long nighmarish process..

AOS and Civil documents scanned on 9/24/14.

Hope attorney did all correctly and we get no checklist. Does anyone know what month/date they working on?
