Where did you find this info regarding the July 22nd being processed? My Checklist documents was received on 7/22, but I'm yet to hear anything. Hopefully that will happen soon.

July 23 and got reviewed today but got a checklist instead of case complete so it's another 60 days wait.. sigh!!!!!!!!

I went to Palestine May 30,2012
6/13/2012 Married in Palestine
7/04/2012 arrived back in Chicago
7/25/2012 mailed in I-130
7/26/2012 NOA 1 arrived. to be serviced in California
3/3/2013 our baby was born !!!!

6/17/2013 Case transferred to Local city

11/13/2013 interview at Chicago

1/27/2014 RFE DNA test

3/7/2014 RFE completed and mailed in

5/12/2014 **I-130 APPROVED** !! 652 days

6/3/2014 NVC received case

7/11/2014 choice of agent signed

7/19/2014 pay AOS bill, send aos packet

7/22/2014 NVC received AOS papers

8/20/2014 send IV packet

8/25/2014 NVC received IV papers

8/27/2014 pay IV bill

When you guys say that your packages were received on the 22nd, do you mean the date NVC scanned them in? Ours was received on July 22nd (Tuesday) per USPS tracking and per the 60-day notice that NVC sent out. However, NVC phone reps have also stated that it was scanned in on the 25th (Friday). When I called today, the rep told me it hasn't yet been reviewed.

mine was sent 7/19...arrived and signed for at nvc on 7/21 (Monday) and scanned on Tuesday 7/22

I'm sorry about your checklist :( but at least they are processing fast. hopefully they are done with July this week or early next week. My scan day is 8/11 and I'm praying to not get a checklist.

Hi, I am new to the VJ, but I have been reading it for some time now.

Currently I am stuck at NVC (DS-260 package). My documents were received on July 11, scanned on 14th and 16th of July. So they have reviewed my civil documents, but still have not reviewed my AOS (scanned on July 16). I have been calling them almost every day last week, but I think it only aggravated them, because my case is still not completed. On the last call the operator said it takes 60 business days to review it.

I do not know what to do now. Do you have any advice?

I'm guessing the checklist templates haven't been updated to reflect the 60 days they're now quoting for reviewing anything that comes in. Keep in mind that 30 business days is still about a month and a half.

Glad to see some more movement. Sorry to those who received Checklist.

It seems like NVC is taking longer now. Because when they reviewed mine, it took less than 50 days and it looks like they're averaging at 55 days now.

called right at 7am, waited 40 min. couldn't understand her. told her I can't understand you because of your foreign accent and was there someone who speaks English that I can talk to? she hung up on me !!!! called back, got the same person !! gave her my case number she hung up. wow. what nasty people they hired
