Every time I call NVC, the agent disconnects

Every time I call NVC, I'll be on hold for about an hour and when I can finally get through they say they can't hear me and disconnect. Why does this keep happening? Has anyone experienced the same thing? I've never had a problem people hearing me when I call from my cell.

The number I'm calling is 603-334-0700

Is there another number I can try?

I also sent an e-mail a week or two ago but no response.

Help! I don't even know if my case has gotten to NVC and it was sent July 29th.

Can you try calling from a different phone, or maybe Skype? That's a strange problem to have.

I have called them with no issues other than out petition has not been received in the system yet.m

i use skype to call and it works fine. you can get unlimited calls pretty cheap.

I have never experienced any problems with the call quality although i call from Amman, Jordan. I usually use skype or my office communicator.
I suggest you change the phone you’re using and I hope it works for you!!
