Calling Vancouver

Trying to call Vancouver but I can't seem to get an option to talk to someone in their K visa department and can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know the extension or what number to call (if different than what is posted on the consulate website).

I always got much better results with emailing. They'd email me back within a few hours in most cases.

I can't remember the exact extension, but when I have called, I call the main number and then hit 0 when the message begins. That gets me to the operator, and then I ask to speak to someone in the K-visa department. Last time I called, I had to let it ring about 20 times in the K-visa department before someone picked up, but when they did, they were friendly and helpful.
