I'm currently still getting the whole package together, my fiancé has gotten her non marriage cert, is it required that I have it to? What about the police clearance? I've read contradicting post, some say yes, others say no. The safe bet would be including them... id like input, thanks.

yes the non marriage cert (cenomar) is required. What she need is NBI (green/for abroad ) no need for local police clearance.

if she stay in the other country for more than 6months then she's required to get police clearance in that place. They will ask all this in the embassy at the day of her interview. Gudluck :)

Follow the embassy instructions letter, EVERYTHING required is listed there.

CENOMAR - required

Police Certificate - only if a person age 16 yrs or older resided in a foreign country for 6 months or more, then you need a certificate from the foreign country.

For details on the K-1 process follow the flashing arrow below, then click the link.

I don't know where you are on your process, but this is the best guide I have seen:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

That guide is only good for the petition process at USCIS, I wouldn't use it for once at the embassy

I'm sorry, he has no timeline, I don't see where she is at the embassy? "is it required that I have it to?", made me think he is putting together the initial package.

Well he is asking about CENOMAR and police certificate, both of those are during the embassy phase, after USCIS has approved the petition.

For the petition the K-1 guide here is fine, but I wouldn't use it for getting it done in Manila ;)
