[*]July 17/06 -IMBRA RFE

September 13/06- 3 Emails stating we got NOA2, APPROVED!!! Dated September 8,2006.

[*]October 20th/06-Received Packet 3

[*]October 31/06-Medical Exam

December 6,2006-Interview in Vancouver APPROVED!

Arrived in US- December 14, 2006

January 3,2007- Applied for SSN got within 7 days in the mail.

February 17,2007- MARRIED!

AOS-EAD-AP Journey:

March 2, 2007-Started AOS paperwork

March 12,2007- Filed AOS, EAD, AP Docs.

March 22, 2007-NOA1 for AOS,EAD, AP

Have a safe trip!! One can get around fairly easily on the metro rail (or whatever they call it) beats fightign with traffic.

You disappoint me Flames.......................I was sure you would recommend as a good place to eat ...............yes you got it ...........TIMS!!!!

I second the recommendation for a celebratory dinner at Seasons in the Park. They have good food & drinks and the view's terrific. I also like Delilah's, in the West End. And make sure you check out the Museum of Anthropology at the University of British Columbia. It's world-class.

Oh! I *don't* second the recommendation to hike Grouse Mtn. at this time of the year. It's too rainy / snowy!

Hey good luck, you guys will do just fine! All I can say is don't wear a belt...or boots because they always set off the metal detector. :blink:

See if you can take up on any of the Vancouver dine-out specials and try some nice restaurants -- man, I REALLY miss the food in Vancouver.

Well, sounds like you have nothing to worry about. Good luck all the same. And Vancouver - glad to hear that you are spending an extra couple days because it is such a cool city - my fiance almost wanted to move there after the interview because he loved it so much . . . I was very close to thinking the same myself (of course not so considering that I had our visa in hand ;) ).

Sent I-129: 12/21/06

NOA1: 12/29/06

Touched: 3/27/06 (Happy belated bday to meee :P)

Received Email that they sent NOA2 yesterday!: 3/28/07

NOA2 in ze mail: 4/2/07

Called NVC to see if they have received the case and they haven't :( 4/13/07 and 4/19/07

NVC sent packet to MTL today! 4/24/07 (took 4 weeks from notice date)

MTL sent packet to my lawyer 5/2/07

Lawyer received Packet 3 finally! 5/17/07

Sent Packet 3 5/22/07

Now on the waiting list for an interview! 5/29/2007

Fiance gets his medical done: 7/16/07
