I would call service office and inquire of getting a passport stamp or do a service request to get the stamp before the extension letter expired. You can try to do it now or later before the actual expiration date of you extension letter.

You should got your green card by now. Contact uscis and inquire about your case. If it didn't get approved soon then I recommend you to contact your congressman office, they should be able to push your case. For the stamp, book an info pass and your field office will stamp ur passport

Go to house.gov

Then you will find a link " find your representative "

You put your address and then you go to his/her website. Then, you have to sign a release form and they will contact uscis in your behalf.

I think it's still early I would go by the end of October

If you are married to a USC and qualify for naturalization based on three years of marriage and 3 years as a LPR, you could file the N-400 and that would force them to work on your ROC. This is assuming you want to file for citizenship. :time:. You might want to explore your congresscritter's website to see about how they help with immigration related issues. You will need to complete an information release form so the congresscritter's staff member can be given your information by the USCIS. You can use either your House member or either of your Senators.

Good luck,

Dave

I did an Infopass and went in person last week. They OFFERED to give me a I-551 stamp and magically, my ROC (that had been pending since October) was approved later on that day :) I HIGHLY recommend going in person,

ROC Journey:

sent in I-751: November 2013

Biometrics:December 2013

Card production text & email : August 2014...No RFE, no Interview :)

The letter was supposed to expire in early October. If I were you, I'd just got get an extension stamp. They stamped my passport for another year.

Also, you really would be well advised to go in person, it seems to move them to action when they see you in person and see you are willing to show up in person...
