Same problem-we never received ours, even though every other piece of correspondence got to me without a problem. And no matter how high up the chain I chased it, no one would waive the fee. So we said it and filed without, based on the thread Harpa mentioned. My husband received his EAD/AP card with no problem, and we got an interview waiver for his AOS; no RFEs yet.

Hello. My fiance never received noa2 hard copy. He sent inquiry and nothing happend. In the interview they did not ask for noa2 hard copy  , but i saw that we will need it for AOS. So you guys did not send noa2 and everything was fine ? Without problems? Or can i just print approval from the screen when i check it on the USCIS website just to prove that we were approved. Thanks
