If I remember it correctly, I've filled out mine twice cuz I made mistakes on the first form. You should be able to fill it out again with no problem. Just make sure to double check everything. :-)

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

What will I answer to this question? Is it asking about the medical examination to be done before the interview?

I answered no but there is a box for explanation and I said, I will have my medical exam prior to the interview.

i think i made a mistake on mine. i put my USCIS number in rather than the new case number i received from the london embassy will this be a problem?

Fill out a new DS-160, and you will take your new confirmation page to the interview.

If you have not yet had your medical, answer NO and in the explanation explain you still need to complete your medical. Not an issue.

You can use either the USCIS case number or your London case number. We used the USCIS case number on our DS-160.

Hmm...not to scare you...

In our case, my fiancée (from China) filled it out first, and then later,

I (from USA) logged in and made corrections.

So we didn't have to restart the new DS-160.

Also, if I recall correctly, she had to print the confirmation page,

and show that to pay for the K1 visa fee ($240).

I don't know if this is same in Philippine.

If I recall on your last thread, you had already completed DS-160,

and paid the visa fee. I wonder if this is going to create two separate

instance of K1 visa filings now???

Because, in our case, we had to pay the visa fee first,

and then wait for he receipt number to show up

so that we can make the interview appointment.

You might want to check and see if you can simply update the original DS-160.
