Hello!

I am just wondering about this and hope someone can help me advice. :)

We got our I-129F back without NOA1 notice a week ago. Unfortunately, my fiance missed his signature for one of the paperworks he had to sign...omg lol Is this considered as RFE? I saw some information somewhere online that there is only one chance given for RFE and I hope not. We have already double checked the paper work, make sure everything is signed (grr) then send back the package to USCIS Dallas Lockbox. I hope it will go well! :)
