How can you tell which center is handling your petition?

They are all mailed to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility, and from there they are sent to one of the two service centers that are currently processing the I-129F petitions. Your receipt notice(NOA1) will tell you where your petition was routed. If your receipt number starts with WAC, then you are at the CSC. If it begins with SRC, then you are at the TSC.

The ones being transferred from the TSC right now due to backlog will get a letter in the mail that tells them exactly where they were transferred to, which seems to be the CSC.

The A# is the beneficiary's alien number, and there is another thread started for all transfers from TSC to CSC that are April and May filers. Visit there to get a larger update pool.
