New Delhi Embassy Interview Preperations

Hello All. I am fairly new to this site and would greatly appreciate any help. My K1 petition has been received by the New Delhi Consulate on August 11th; however, my fiance has not received the packet yet stating what to do next. The CEAC website keeps saying the case is READY. I have a few questions and it would really help if you can answer the following to the best of your knowledge:

1) Does the consulate schedule his interview date or do we?

2) Does he have to wait for the package to schedule his medical exam?

3) Does he have to wait for the package to complete the DS-260 online?

4) Is there anything he can do in the mean time to prepare documentations for the interview - such as PCC, etc?

5) When do you think he will receive the packet from the Consulate? It's been a week already...

Thank you so much in advance for any/all replies. Please help me out as I am really frustrated and don't know where to go for any help.

Thanks again!!
