hi guys, so today i called the nvc and they finally had our new case nr! they gave it to me and i typed it in on the ceac website and it was found in the system and said "at nvc". i have been checking the status all day lol and i just checked now and it says "in transit" and it also says

"Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center."

so...our petition has been sent off to the US embassy in my country, right?...BUT,

what do they mean that my interview date was provided to me by the NVC, lol? is that something that all people get or what? cuz im confused. nobody from nvc told me anything about interview or interview date.

Some countries, I believe two of those areJamaica and Mexico, K-1 applicant's interview scheduled is arranged at NVC. Some others like me, the US embassy was scheduled for me, and the others like applicants from the Philippines are scheduled theirs by themselves. Check specific embassy how an applicant scheduled the interview.

Maybe it is better to make a call, send an email, or VJ members from Poland can shed some lights for you. Have you checked the members reviews or timelines from them?
