Tax returns with Form N-400

Hi, all!

Just a question to those that have filed N-400. The document checklist states that you should include tax returns / IRS-certified copies of income tax / IRS tax return transcript. The "Thinking about Applying for Neutralization" however says to bring certified tax transcripts for the interview.

What did you guys do? Did you just send tax returns and then order certified tax transcripts for the interview, or order the certified tax transcripts already when applying?
