Later. Yes, if the approved petition goes under AP then it will be shown there as well. Very rare people sit under AP at NVC. Usually takes a few days before the electronic approved petition received at the US embassy from NVC. When the embassy received it and then it shows, " you are ready for the interview".

electronically? don't they send the physical petition thru mail to the country's US embassy/consulate?

Well our petition is FINALLY at NVC....i should probably be expecting the petition to get to my US consulate this month, right?

I'd received packet 3 along with my approved petition scanned and attached to it via email. They sent the physical petition along with all documents and pictures also to the US embassy as well but usually takes 2 weeks before it arrives - I saw mine when I had my interview-. Based on my experience, you should have communicated with the US embassy in Warsaw this month. Usually the embassy will make priority to those who their petitions are almost expired if applicants intend to pursue K-1 visa.

Oh great, I am relieved to hear that since I knew your petition almost runs out of time. I am glad they extended the validity. Regarding how to deal with the US embassy in Warsaw which I have no knowledge about it, let others chime in. But here is the link that probably could help you.
