I just had a quick question about the I-129F packet. So your alien spouse is responsible for sending you a passport photo and G-325A filled out signed and dated?

Is there anything else I'm missing? Thanks!

The beneficiary should also include a signed Letter of Intent to Marry, on top of the G-325a and passport photos.

Yes, your alien fiance(e) is responsible send you -as the petitioner- 2 passport photos, G-325A, and also do not forget "letter intent of marry", signed and dated. Good luck!

No no no we're not married yet. Yes I'm sorry I should have mentioned that I already have a letter of intent signed and dated.

Since I'm from New York. Is there any service center that is more advantageous to send your a packet to? And by advantageous I mean faster processing times.

Just checking. Hope your fiance won't use spouse too in referring to you during the embassy interview. :D Also, don't forget to write the full name of your fiance at the back of the passport photos when you submit them.

You are only able to send the package to the lockbox facility. The lockbox facility will then send it to a service center for adjudication. You won't know which service center it is going to until you are informed of the center it was sent to, you have no choice as to which service center the package will ultimately be sent to.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
