Okay so I have put it in a 2 inch 3 ring binder with clear insert pages and these are all the documents I either have or plan to have before the interview.

Cover letter

Table of contents (I really like organization :P)

Beneficiary Passport biopic page

Ticket with # (don't have, will receive at embassy, also Idk how big it is so it just gets its own page in the book)

Medical examination (not complete but again it has its place in the book)

Vaccination Records

2 passport size photos

DS-160 confirmation page

Fiance letter of intent (Me)

Fiance letter of intent (Him)

Birth Certificate (him)

Birth Certificate photocopy (Him)

RMCP police record (Him)

1-134 (Me)

Employment confirmation (Me)

Last 2 years W-2's (Me)

I-134 (Cosigner, My mom)

Employment confirmation (Cosigner, My Mom)

Last 2 years W-2's (Cosigner, My Mom)

Petitioner Passport Biopic page

Birth certificate copy (Me)

Proof of domicile in USA (Rent papers with my mother)

Copy of my I-129F visa

Proof of Petitioner status in the States (photocopy of Passport biopic & birth certificate)

Evidence:
Proof of Joint Checking account

Proof of Joint internet bill (until we moved)

Mother's Affidavit of the legitimacy of our relationship

Proof of going to Meet my fiance (passport stamps, I didn't think to keep my boarding passes)

Proof of my reason for being in Canada with him for a little while (Study permit Canada)

All of Our rental agreements (one apartment, and one Room together!)

Messages from WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYY back at the beginning (L) on IMVU (I kept them cuz they were cute!)

a Few pages of Facebook posts

Scans of a card I sent him for Valentines day 2 years ago (L)

Skype Messages (fairly new because my computer with all the records died  )

Photos (engagement shoot, valentines day gifts & meals, birthday together & new years together)

Our NOA2

So any recommendations on other documents or evidence I should include?

also if anyone could talk to me about the I-134, I don't meet the requirements, so I have a cosigner, but someone told me you could still be denied for not meeting the requirements and that it is up to the discretion of the interviewer! My mother is a Nurse! she makes plenty of money but I barely was able to get a part time job in this economy, not to mention I've moved all over the place the last 2 years so my W-2 doesnt reflect my current job, please tell me that's not going to put my Fiance at risk!
