I've never seen anyone get an NOA2 without supplying an affidavit of intent to marry within 90 days from both the petitioner and beneficiary. They send an RFE if it's not included.

We sent statements of our relationship, which contained in it's text that we intend to marry upon her arrival in the US, but did not specifically state within 90 days.

We wrote affidavits that we intend to marry in the US, but I am pretty sure we didn't specify that we intend to marry within 90 days of entry. We got approved no problem.

I just checked my affidavit - nope, we did not say anything about marrying within the 90 days. It just said I intended to enter on the K-1, marry and apply for green card.
