About to file AOS package.... a few more questions

First, I would like to start by thanking everyone in this forum...it really helped me preparing my AOS package...

I think I have all the documents necessary now, including the doctor's examination.......but I still have a few last minute questions... A quick reminder, I am a F1 student married to a USC applying for green card

1..Form I-485.. Date of Las Arrival? Do I use the date on my I-94 or the last time I got back to the US.. as you know, most student are allow multiply entries to the country... without the need of a new I-94...D/S

Same thing in Part 3, section A... Place of Last Entry into the United States?

Also, form I-765, item 12 Date of Last Entry into the US

2..Is it a good idea to file form I-131 if there is no specific reason to leave the country, just "in case"? You never now what life can bring you, and for some reason something happens to a relative, I would like to be able to go back.. Like I said, just in case... Does the fact of adding form I 131 has any detrimental effects on their final decision... I don't want to look too "needy" about going back.

3...Form I 765, item 16... do I check ©(9)?

4..Form I-130 does not allow you to use non numerical characters when you are suppose to write date.. for instance, D/S or Present... do I leave it blank and write by hand?

Similar thing in Form G-325A... some last names do not fit in the box... do I write it by hand?

5... What do you use to file the package... I know that you should avoid staples.. so do I just make a gigantic pile of paper, or do I use folders to separate forms and their respective evidence... Were you guys able to mail it in a regular envelope.. Just the tax documents for three years will make 10-12 pages......

Just the latest, but you can take the others to your interview in case they ask to see them.

Do I need to file form G-325 A twice? one with I-130 and one with I-485???

Three G-325As are required.

One completed by the US citizen spouse to go with the I-130.

One completed by the alien to go with the I-130.

One completed by the alien to go with the I-485.

Ok, that is what I thought, it just seemed redundant to me...wow, getting the package ready is taking me longer than I expected.. even when I have all the required initial evidence.....
