Please help with our petition...

Hey guys I'm Sarina from Germany.

I would like to hear your opinion and advice concerning our case.

The following is my fiancés explanation of how we met which we are going to attach to the i129f so you guys know our story:)




I am Adam WXXXX FXXXX and I was born on XXXXX Xth,19XX and currently reside in MXXXXXXXXX Florida. I work two jobs as a Office Manager at a real estate company and a Coach/Tumbling Instructor at a AXXXXXX cheerleading program. I met Sarina BXXXXXXX over Instagram as she knew some of my friends that I use to cheer with. From the first time I saw her I thought she was the most beautiful girl I'v ever seen and I instantly was attracted to her. We started to like each others pictures and comment on them, from that point on I decided to take a leap of faith to direct message her in order to get to know her better. As we started to talk more and more my feelings for her got more deep as I wanted to know so much more about her. As time went on over our messaging I asked her for her number and she gave it to me. With her living in Germany communication was hard so I downloaded applications on my phone called "Viber" and "Whatsapp" where we stayed in contact. As time went on I started to find myself thinking about her all the time and wanted to keep talking to her, as our conversations got more detailed I found out that she was also into cheerleading and that she cheers for a team called WXXXXXXX. I also found out that she was half Haitian and that her favorite color was Pink and her favorite movie was "A Walk to Remember" and that she has a twin sister named MXXXXXXX. As more time went by her personality left me in awe as she was exactly like me in many ways, from or taste in music leading from all genres, values in life and how love and a relationships should be, visions on morals and desires, dreams of being successful and taking the best that life has to offer, and goals that we want to accomplish for ourselves and as a couple. I was astonished by how we were very similar in many ways. We then decided to get more serious and talked about her coming to the United States to spend time with each other and get to know each other on a more personal level. We both agreed that she would come and spend time with me at my home from June 25th 2014 to July 14th 2014 as she already planned to go to miami for vacation to spend time with her family. As time got closer for us to final meet we started to see each other over 'Skype". From the moment I saw her beautiful blue eyes that I was in love, from her personality to her face structure to her body I knew I wanted to be with her for the rest of my life and that she was the girl of my dreams. I never met someone so genuine and outgoing with a smile that could light up the entire room. From the moment I woke up to the moment I fell asleep she was on my mind. We continued our conversation over skype as I found myself missing her more and more through out the day. We were texting and skyping daily to see and talk to each other all the time. As the day arrived to get her from (the) Airport I was filled with joy and so much happiness. I was finally meeting the girl of my dreams. As I laid eyes on her I knew that without her there would be noone else. We then spent our three weeks together as planned as our love for each other grew stronger then ever. It was time for me to go to Miami to have a vacation with her sister MXXXXXX her father CXXXXXX and her two friends DXXXXX and MXXXXXX. Upon arrival to miami my mind was racing as I was preparing myself to ask her father for his blessings. I wanted to marry her because for all my life I felt like I've been falling and I didn't know how to stop until I met her. She gave me a reason to fly as she became my wings and saved my life. She completes me in every way possible and is exactly the piece of the puzzle I've been missing from my heart. From her laugh to how she carries herself and from her love and support she stood by my side. I always wanted to marry young because I only want to have one marriage and have children at a young age as well. I believe that I would be a great father to my children. I always wanted to watch my kids grow up into fine adults and to watch them have children of their own and become a grandfather. I also want to be a father that's able to keep up with there outdoor activities and explore the world with them. As I got to know her father, sister, and friends I could tell that they were very happy for us and was astounded by our love. On the night of July 19th while she was getting ready for a night out on South Beach with everyone I asked her father for his blessings. We had a long talk as he was sure that it was the right thing for us and was very happy. As we got to south beach I asked for her hand in marriage and from that point on I became the happiest man alive. We then continued our night with dinner and drinks on Ocean Drive. On July 23rd we then took a trip to see my parents to tell them the amazing news. My parents couldn't be any happier for us as they wished us the very best an a happy life together. On July 24th I had to leave my Fiance as she continued her vacation with her family in Haiti. From that point on we have been in constant communication everyday as she is coming on vacation again on october 17th as we will also begin to plan our wedding.

This is our story. We are about to send off the petition but we are scared of getting denied because of our short term relationship ( anyone who knows something about denials because of short term relationship ???
I also don't know how much whatsapp convos I should print out.... We have like hundreds of pages..
We haven't really started to make wedding plans since we are planning on doing that as soon as I am in Florida in October but we will attach two letters of intend to marry to the petition. Do you guys think that's enough ??
Also, has anyone experiences with visiting for such a long period of time while the visa is in progress ?
I do not intent to stay illegally ... I intend to return to Germany and wait for my interview of course.

Congratulations on your engagement! I also just got engaged in July.

I don't think you need to provide them with so much information. What they basically want to know is how you met, also that you've seen each other in the last 2 years and they want proof like pictures and boarding passes. It's a nice story but I doubt the people approving these petitions have time to read details about every case. I asked a question regarding this and these are the answers I got.

Congrats to your engagement and Welcome to the forum! I agree with them. They need proof of haing met atleast once prior to filing the I-129F Package: gather boarding passes, pictures of you both,engagement ring (If any),and an explanation of how you met.,..etc. Good luck on your journey!

We were only engaged like 2 weeks. We had only seen each other once, & that was 2 weeks before filing. At the time of filing, we only had about 2 weeks of actual face time & we were approved.

May I ask what you attached to your petition ? Because we decided to do front loading and send them all the evidence that we have, even evidence of ongoing relationship (skype logs etc.)

Have you guys added any proof of intent to marry, besides a formal letter from each of you stating that you do intent to marry within 90 days ? Because that's all we have.

No worries Sarina? We have not had our interview yet. I imagine it will occur about 2 months from now, based on timelines I've seen. I attached everything with my petition that it says to attach & include on http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide. I included 0 skype, whatsapp, or facebook logs because it's not required for the petition itself. However, in the packet I just sent to Betty, in accordance with that same visajourney K-1 guide, I did include about 100 edited whatsapp pages showing the entire evolution of our relationship. I edited out irrelevant things. As far as our intent to marry proof, only an original letter of intent to marry, signed & dated by us both. Nothing else, as it's not necessary.
