Good thing for you no US government agency is monitoring the web. I bet no one from immigration even knows this website exists!

lol lol... don't be naive..

There are plenty of people here that reported that US Embassies actually read the VJ forum and could identify the couples by their account stories

Don't be surprised that US govt monitor your Facebook account too.

Anonymity is a thing of the past :bonk:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that post was dripping with sarcasm.

Yeah, I am aware they have to go home Mac, I was just thinking of ways to stay here so i can finish my education and get my BA. I can't get an off campus job on an F1 and it will be very costly for them to send money for me all the time. Thanks for your time though, really appreciate it.

Well, your "ways" are fraudulent. Re-read yourself.

You are looking for a way to stay to finish your education... That is what the F1 visa is for.

Jeez. I understand your situation sucks, but c'mon! Don't get what seems to be a nice girl, into such a mess! She deserve better. Get over yourself.

You just gotta love the seniors ! They can spot bullsh*t a mile away and this is why they are seniors. They dont sugarcoat things, they tell you what you dont wanna hear (that would be the truth) and they dont support fairytales.

I just love me some seniors !

The truth shall set you free but first it will piss you off.

As far as the OP, I wouldn't chance it by coming up with an idea that will keep you here only to get banned forever. Listen to what people are saying and dont try to reinvent the wheel.

If you travel to the US with the intentions of getting married it's considered fraud. I know some people that have done it, but I personally wouldn't risk it.

Hi you are wrong by saying that "if you travel to the US with the intentions of getting married it's considered fraud" It's perfectly legal to come to the US with the intention of getting married, lots of people do it & then return home. Also couples use it as a destination wedding, where it's considered fraud is if you enter with the intention of adjusting status as well.

OP, I'm sorry about your situation, but marry a girl now just because it seems to be your only choice to stay in the US is really cruel with her... if you wanna finish your studies then try to get a proper visa to do it, don't create a bad situation just because you wanna stay in this country... is unfair and speaks about your values and feelings... don't ruin anyone else life in order to get what you want... karma is @#%#@

Good luck!!!

I love you Charles forever!!
