Hi there VJ'ers

I have a question for anyone who has gone thru similar circumstances or anyone who can help...

I have 3 children (ages 6, 10 and 13). We have our AOS interview scheduled for 18th September at the Seattle/Tukwila office.
I have just received the hard copy letter for the interview. We all have the same date, however my youngest and oldest child have an afternoon appointment time and myself and my middle child have a morning appointment time.

I will call USCIS tomorrow once the office opens again to ask information but will we have to do 2 interviews or will they accommodate all of us in the 1 interview?

u dont need to make 2 trips.u r all going together.they r not going to talk to ur kids anyway i think.

Yes, Myself and my USC husband and my 3 children are going. We live too far away to make 2 trips.

This is simple. Just take the kids and explain. The officer will understand and do what is required. They aren't going to really interview kids anyway. I did this with my 11 year old daughter.

I figured the same. It may be that they just had to give each of us a time so we can be scheduled. I will call them tomorrow when they open to confirm that we can all be seen at the same time.

Just all of you go and arrive in time for the morning appt. They same thing happened for our biometrics (my kids had a different time than me) and I showed up for the earliest time and they did all of us together. For AOS i don't believe children are interviewed anyway, but I don't know for sure as our interviews were waived completely (kids are 11 & 8)
