You will need sufficient proof to show it is a genuine relationship. Not living together is bound to raise a red flag.

Thx for all for ur replies.. we don t live together because we're Muslims we preserve our body for marriage..we got married to have an official document so he can travel with me, but we had only a small party with our parents....now we re planning for big wedding inviting all our friends and family and because after that we will live together... hope I clarify the situation a little bit.

anyways I think we have to rush things up, my case number is AF29*** so I guess our interview will be on Mars or April next year.

Please doyou know what kind of questions we will have in the interview?

.we got married to have an official document so he can travel with me,

This is your problem. To a consular official this means you do not have a real marriage, but one entered into precisely for the reason you state: to get a green card.

And if this is the conclusion the interviewing officer comes to, not only will you be denied a visa, but you will both be banned for life from entering the US.

What puzzles me most is that this is clearly a genuine relationship, but the way you are going about this it will look like it isn't. Why the delay with the proper wedding? Have it now then there is no problem...

Yes I think so. Especially make sure you have photos with all the families together if possible etc.

Your husband can be added to our application, but your visa and his will be denied unless you can show proof that your marriage is real. Since you don't live together and have not consummated your marriage there is a very good possibility the US Consulate will deem your marriage situation not suitable for an immigrant visa. Having said that however, make sure that you collect letters, emails, airline tickets and other evidence to show you have had a relationship with him -before- you sent in your entry for the visa drawing.

Your visa is months away and you still have time - consider making good on your wedding vows and moving in together and beginning your life as a couple. From the outside it will seem that the only reason you got married was to get him a greencard - not my opinion, just something for you to ponder.

Good luck!

This should work and provide the necessary evidence!
