I filed my I-751 Removal of Conditions application in June. We have now moved, and I'm trying to change our address using the online portal on USCIS. It gives me an error saying that the following:

  • You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

The form number I selected is I-751; my online case status refers to the application as CR189 which is not an option in the change of address drop-down list. Any suggestions on what I can do here? Fill out a physical form or call USCIS support?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thought I'd close out this discussion with what worked for me: I was able to change my address related to my USCIS case over the phone; it only took ten minutes. The agent said that I still need to fill out and submit the physical form AR-11 for Homeland Security.
