Fiancée's G-325A employment information

The form has space for the individual's employment but in it's current iteration the form has only one choice for date of employment: "to the present time".

My fiancée did not understand this so filled the line for employment with her former employer followed by the "to the present time" statement which is part of the G-325a form.

On the next line, below the date of employment she filled in 10 2013 for October 2013.

Would it be okay to attach a note to the form explaining this to the adjudicator so the form or application is not rejected?

Thanks for your help in advance!

To be honest, I made the same error when we filed my K1 but I didn't have any problems with it. No RFE. But if it will give you peace of mind, yes, you can attach an additional sheet explaining it.

Thanks for you reply! I was just not sure. My lawyer had checked all of our papers and said they looked fine so was a bit confused about this issue.

Since you had no RFE for this mistake, I'll just send it in as is!
